Desolation Sound

I just return from my first cruise on Sailmates. From Vancouver to Desolation Sound. June is a great month to visit Desolation. The winds are more reliable, we probably covered 50% of the miles under sail. A couple of really beautiful days with winds in the high teens and fairly flat water. The anchorages and marinas are really empty. The attached picture is from 3 Fathom Cove in Tenedos Bay and as you can see we are the only boat.
